Welcome to SI!
Well it's not as if I haven't talked to you all on Plurk lately anyhow, but still, welcome!
If you haven't had a chance yet, or haven't within the last few hours, please at least scan the Setting, FAQ, and Mechanics pages. The Setting page is the only one that's really been updated TODAY, but all hold relevant information. If there are any questions pertaining to the current scenario, weather, geography, or any of this crazy shit, please comment here or poke me on Plurk and I'll be happy to clarify!
Also please remember that this is also a friends-of-friends game, so if there's someone you've been wanting to play out some interesting combination of characters with, why not nudge them over here? I'm not desperate that we be a huge game, but the more the merrier, right?
